China unveils market reform plan for oil and gas industry

BEIJING —Chinese authority announced on May 21 a reform plan for the country’s oil and gas industry, of which market should play a decisive role in the sector to make it efficient and competitive.

The plan was approved by the State Council, or the cabinet, and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
