State Council approves reshuffle of monetary policy committee

The State Council approved a People’s Bank of China proposal to reshuffle its monetary policy committee, according to a circular issued on April 11 by the General Office of the State Council.

Yi Huiman, China Securities Regulatory Commission president, has been appointed a member of the monetary policy committee.

Former China Securities Regulatory Commission president Liu Shiyu will no longer be a member of the committee.
