State councilor to visit Pakistan, Nepal, attend trilateral FMs' meeting

BEIJING — State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will attend the 3rd China-Afghanistan-Pakistan Foreign Ministers' Dialogue to be held in Islamabad, Pakistan from Sept 7 to 10, a foreign ministry spokesperson announced on Sept 6.

Wang will also visit Pakistan and Nepal during the same period, spokesperson Geng Shuang told a press briefing.

Wang's trip will come at the invitation of Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Nepali Foreign Minister Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, Geng added.
