Premier leaves for Russia visit, 24th regular meeting between Chinese, Russian heads of government

BEIJING — Premier Li Keqiang left Beijing on the morning of Sept 16 for St. Petersburg to pay an official visit to Russia at the invitation of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

During the visit, Premier Li and Medvedev will hold the 24th regular meeting between Chinese and Russian heads of government.

Premier Li's entourage includes his wife Cheng Hong and State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
