China to promote stable growth of housing market

BEIJING — China will stick to its principle of "housing is for living in, not for speculation", according to a government work report submitted to the national legislature for deliberation on May 22.

The country will implement city-specific policies to promote steady and healthy development of the real estate market, said the report.
