Premier Li Keqiang called for more efforts aimed at opening up China's economy during a meeting with entrepreneurs in Beijing on July 13. He expanded on the central government's economic program for the year, saying it would continue to hold a proactive fiscal policy and prudent monetary policy and further reduce taxes.
